Metisentry is proud to launch their new partner program.

The new program allows existing Metisentry clients to follow the progress on their projects, review their entire history, and submit support tickets.

We have been long believers of open source at Metisentry. Under this stance, many of our solutions coinside with the support of open source tools and platforms.

We show our support having begun new programs such as technical assistance, and monetary support in code form as to more actively show our involvement and give back to the community.

Although we intend to support many projects we know and love, here are a couple of samplings in random order, just to name a few:

• Xfce - a (fast) desktop environment
• Linux kernel project - The foundation of the Linux OS
• Samba - A software suite for interoperating with windows clients
• Nmap - Network mapping utility
• X.org - The X.Org foundation, an implementation of the X windows system
• Gentoo - The Gentoo Linux distribution.
• Others include progracms such as: Apache Foundation, MySQL, PHP, Ruby on Rails, etc. Just to name a few.

Remote support allows a quick response for businesses at any distance. In comparison, the newly developed Metisentry tools bring us a step further by eliminating all setup and instructions.

These new tools are aimed at further reducing support costs for small businesses, as well as improving response time for valued customers.
